About Jadon
Jadon Schneider is a civil engineer and partner at Bronze Bow, where he works closely with developers, landowners, consultants, and public agencies to move land development projects from early feasibility through design, approvals, and construction. His experience spans conceptual planning, due diligence, entitlements, civil engineering, utility and agency coordination, construction documents, and project management.
Jadon takes a practical, development-focused approach to engineering. He enjoys being involved early in a project, understanding what the client is trying to accomplish, identifying potential challenges, and helping develop solutions that make sense both technically and from a development standpoint. His experience working across multiple stages of the development process allows him to look beyond individual engineering tasks and consider the project as a whole.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University’s Ira A. Fulton School of Engineering.
