Hazelcrest Estates
Hazelcrest Estates is located in the rural gem of the Treasure Valley, Kuna, Idaho. The 40-acre subdivision includes 175 residences with a mixture of unit types ranging from townhomes to large estate lots as well as a 6-acre commercial core. The subdivision strives to work with the comprehensive plan the City of Kuna has set forth while still maximizing usable open space and creating density.

The work completed on this site included unit layouts, commercial master planning, project coordination, and engineering for the sewer, water, grading and drainage.

The 175 residential units are a mixture of dense townhomes located within immediate proximity to the commercial core, standard single family home sites and, large estate lots backing on to open space and waterways.
Also included in this site is a 6-acre commercial sector. Plans for further subdivision of this commercial zoning area potentially include mixed use buildings and a wellness center.
